Meet Raj

Raj is a Pilates teacher, Back4Good® specialist, and founder of Pilates with Raj. She considers herself an experienced “body connector” and has been teaching for over 15 years.
 
After childbirth, Raj experienced a deep disconnection from her own body – chronic back pain and unprocessed trauma left her feeling numb, tense, and stuck, even though everything looked fine on the outside. But Pilates brought her back, breath by breath, movement by movement. She says, “I began to feel like myself again – and that’s why I teach.”
 
Through years of learning about the human body, one muscle group eluded her: the glutes. It wasn’t until back pain led her to physiotherapy that she began to unravel the mystery. That journey transformed her understanding and deepened her approach to teaching.
 
Now pain-free, Raj helps others move with control, reconnect with their bodies, and leave each class feeling better than when they arrived.
